“I would rather hold my hands up to it,” were the words of a 57-year-old Downham man who admitted having cannabis on him. James Williams, of Ryston End, appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday where prosecutor Abdul Khan explained that police visited his property on January 15. The court heard that officers had gone to carry out a welfare check on Williams but found a wrap with a small quantity of the Class B drug at his property.
