A Diss landmark has been given a bright new look after a donation by a town’s builders’ merchant. The man at the top of the six-metre diameter and two-tonne Tobar clock at Diss Business Park, in Hopper Way, has been given high-visibility clothing by Huws Gray of Victoria Road. The giant backwards clock was bought by Reads Property Developments in 2015 for £1,175 during a sale at Durrants Auction Rooms.
