Nottingham’s biggest festival will not go ahead this year as organisers blame the council for delays over tendering. The Splendour Festival has been held at Wollant Park every July since 2008, apart from the pandemic and welcomed big headliners throughout the years. The DHP Family said it was told by Nottingham City Council last May it needed a bid to continue running the event.
