Chelsea have quite a few talented players out on loan right now, including Ian Maatsen and Romelu Lukaku. Ian Maatsen joined Borussia Dortmund in the January transfer window, while Romelu Lukaku signed for AS Roma last summer. Both players are having productive loan spells. The former has made 10 starts in the Bundesliga and come up with three goal contributions, which is not bad for a full-back, while the latter has netted 18 times in 37 outings for Roma.
