There were 19 U.S. senators who voted against a $95 billion aid package that passed on Tuesday. It earmarks about $61 billion to Ukraine. About $26 billion will go to support Israel and provide humanitarian relief for Gaza. Taiwan will also get a share of the money as it faces an increased threat from China.
