George Russell of Mercedes topped the second practice for the Dutch Grand Prix on Friday as the Formula One season resumed following the summer break. Russell clocked 1 minute 10.702 seconds around the 4.259-kilometre Circuit Zandvoort to beat the McLaren of Oscar Piastri by 0.061 seconds.
