All the people on board a military transport plane that crashed near Ukraine were killed, according to the local Russian governor. “All occupants on board have died,” wrote Belgorod governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on Telegram. The crash site had been cordoned off and the cause of the accident was being investigated, he added. Some Russian politicians have already blamed Kiev, claiming it had shot down the plane that was carrying dozens of Ukrainian prisoners of war.
