The Netherlands will again participate in the Eurovision Song Contest next year, despite a scandal involving its candidate Joost Klein at this year’s contest in Malmö in Sweden, Dutch public broadcaster AVROTOS announced on Wednesday. Klein, whose song “Europapa” was one of the favourites, was disqualified in the semi-finals after being accused of threatening a camerawoman.
