OnePlus continues to reveal details about its upcoming Ace 3 Pro smartphone ahead of its official launch on June 27 in China. The latest teasers emphasize the phone’s computing power, memory management, and gaming capabilities.
OnePlus boasts that the Ace 3 Pro will be equipped with 24 GB of LPDDR5X RAM. This, according to the company, will allow users to keep applications running in the background for as long as 72 hours without the need to refresh them.
The drive will have a capacity of up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0, which OnePlus claims will ensure uninterrupted operation even after four years of use.
The Ace 3 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which OnePlus says scored 2,326,659 points in the AnTuTu test. The device will also utilize OnePlus’ proprietary Tidal Architecture, a technology first introduced in the OnePlus Ace 3V, to optimize the chip’s performance to reach its maximum potential.
The teasers also delve into the gaming capabilities of the Ace 3 Pro. OnePlus claims that the phone can maintain a frame rate of 59.7 FPS in Genshin Impact even when running the game at the highest resolution.
OnePlus also emphasizes the phone’s ability to multitask while gaming. Users are reportedly able to answer calls while playing Genshin Impact without experiencing any performance drops.
In addition, we know that the phone will feature a 6100 mAh battery with 100W charging support. It’s rumored to feature a 6.78-inch BOE S1 curved-edge display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and an integrated fingerprint sensor.
The rear camera may include a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-800 main sensor with optical image stabilization, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The front-facing camera is expected to be a 16-megapixel camera.
Along with the Ace 3 Pro, OnePlus is also expected to unveil the OnePlus Pad Pro, OnePlus Watch 3, and OnePlus Buds 3.
