At least 20 people have died in a fire at a South Korean lithium battery factory near Seoul, public broadcaster KBS reported on Monday, citing rescue workers. Their bodies were retrieved from the multi-storey building in the city of Hwaseong, south of Seoul. It is feared that the number of victims could rise further. The number of missing was initially put at 23, with most of them foreign workers.
