A major fire broke out in Russia’s largest steelworks in the city of Lipetsk, around 400 kilometres south-east of Moscow, following a drone attack. The governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, said that the fire, which broke out on Friday night, has been extinguished. “There is no danger of hazardous substances escaping,” he added. Residents of the city posted videos of explosions and the blaze on social media. One person was said to have been injured.
