A prominent hotel which has been on the market for some time could be turned into residential flats. The owner of Elme Hall Hotel just off the A47 roundabout at Emneth on the outskirts of Wisbech, has had no interest in the landmark hotel, which has been on the market for more than three years. And now a planning application has been submitted to convert the hotel and ballroom into 24 flats.
