Japanese truck maker Isuzu Motors Ltd. said Wednesday it will release a new small diesel truck that can be driven by those with a standard license restricted to automatic transmission vehicles, with the aim of lowering hurdles for driving trucks amid an acute shortage of drivers in the logistics industry.
