Parliamentary speaker Peter Pellegrini and former foreign minister Ivan Korčok looked set to face off in a second round of voting for the Slovak presidency, according to preliminary results of the first round of voting published by election authorities on Saturday evening. According to Slovakia’s Statistical Office, with the majority of votes counted, Korčok was leading Pellegrini by over 41% to over 37%.
