Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) [India], October 24 (ANI): The police have arrested two persons with over 5 kg of charas in Himachal Pradesh’s Shimla. According to the police, the accused were arrested during a police patrol at Jijendi Kenchi in Shimla on Wednesday evening. The accused were identified as Sohan Dass, 57 and Rajmohan,34. They are from the Uttarkashi district of Uttrakhand. They were charged with the relevant sections under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the police said.
