Residents are being asked to look out for a missing teenager. Police officers are concerned for Holly Smith’s welfare after she was last seen in the Strood area yesterday (May 23) at around 5.30pm. The 14-year-old is five feet and five inches, slim and has straight brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black top, white or cream shorts and white trainers and may be carrying a white bag with a gold chain. Anyone who has seen Holly or knows where she might be should call 999, quoting reference 23-1606.
