A federal appeals court denied Donald Trump’s request to overturn a limited gag order in his election subversion trial. On Tuesday, a panel of three judges on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals said that Trump’s appeal of U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order would not be heard.
