PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – The Pasco Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approved the formation of Pasco’s Office of Strategy and Sustainability – effectively weaving a mindset of resilience and sustainability into the fabric of Pasco County’s decision-making culture.
