Train disruption due to a landslip is expected to continue throughout the day, much to passengers dismay. A landslip occurred in the Newington area yesterday blocking the line for four hours. Southeastern say a safety inspection took place which allowed the line to reopen briefly, but following further movement of the embankment, the line is closed again and will remain closed until at least the end of the day today.
