French train manufacturer Alstom reported on Wednesday that sales for the third quarter rose 2.6% to €4.33 billion ($4.7 billion), boosted by an uptick in orders. The company confirmed its full year 2023-24 outlook and mid-term objectives, with it still projecting organic sales growth above 5% and adjusted EBIT margin of around 6%. During the third quarter, Alstom booked €5.45 billion in orders, compared to €5.15 billion in the same period last fiscal year.
