A driver has been charged in a hit-and-run that resulted in serious injuries to two people who were standing at a bus stop, officials said. On February 17 around 7 p.m., a sedan struck another car near a bus stop on Lemoine Avenue in Fort Lee before fleeing the scene, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
