Baltimore’s former top prosecutor was spared jail time following her conviction for mortgage fraud and lying. According to the AP, a federal judge sentenced Marilyn Mosby—who rose to national prominence after accusing police officers of killing Freddie Gray in 2015—to 12 months of house confinement and 100 hours of community work.
