Tokyo stocks opened lower Wednesday after declines on Wall Street overnight, while a stronger yen weighed on exporters. In the first 15 minutes of trading, the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average fell 103.06 points, or 0.26 percent, from Tuesday to 39,491.33. The broader Topix index was down 8.88 points, or 0.31 percent, at 2,824.51. On the top-tier Prime Market, decliners were led by electric power and gas, real estate and insurance issues.
