A reward is being offered for information about the whereabouts of a man accused of robbing a bank in Morris County. Tony Winst, 46, allegedly entered a PNC Bank at 425 Boulevard in Mountain Lakes on November 17, 2023, threatened that he had a weapon and demanded cash before running into a wooded area, according to a news release from the FBI’s Newark office.
