Patna (Bihar) [India], February 24 (ANI): The newly appointed Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Saturday said that people in the state are talented enough to change Bihar. “History has to get down to earth again,” Choudhary added. “Most of the IAS-IPS are from Bihar.
