After concluding negotiations on EU membership, Ukraine will be three steps away from becoming a full-fledged member of the European Union, according to Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. According to him, these three steps will be: 1. The European Commission’s conclusion on the successful completion of negotiations and Ukraine’s compliance with membership criteria; 2. The decision to sign the Agreement on Ukraine’s accession to the European Union; 3.
