Bad news for Corey Heim who was already feeling down about not winning tonight. Heim was disqualified after the Charlotte race. During postrace inspection his truck was found to be in violation of NASCAR rules. On the final pit stop for Corey Heim, his tire changer didn’t get all of the lug nuts on the right rear wheel. A loose or missing lug nut is bad enough. Usually ends in a penalty to the crew chief. Two lug nuts? That means disqualification.
