The Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in 2024 suffered low attendance for many of its sessions amid a complete embrace of former President Donald Trump. CPAC, first held in 1974, is an annual gathering of conservatives normally held at the Gaylord National Harbor Convention Center near Washington, D.C. to discuss conservative ideas.
