Four people died following a mass drowning incident in the Australian state of Victoria, police said on Thursday. Emergency services at 3:30 pm (0430 GMT) on Wednesday responded to reports of four people struggling in the waters off Forrest Caves on Phillip Island near Melbourne, Victoria police said in a statement.
