The Defence Headquarters has announced that its troops of Operation Udoka in the South-East have arrested a suspected “founding father” of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, IPOB, and the Eastern Security Network, ESN. The DHQ made the announcement during the biweekly press briefing on Thursday, disclosing that the arrests were made in Orsu, Imo State, Amaruku, and Arochukwu in Abia State.
