A lane on the A34 northbound is closed this afternoon (Wednesday). The closure is between the junctions with the M4 and the A4130. National Highways said the reason for the closure is a broken down vehicle. Normal traffic conditions are expected between 5.45pm and 6pm today. The AA said delays are increasing. The average speed is currently 15mph.
