The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Sunday accused former Military Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon (retired) of being a “genocidist.” IPOB’s spokesman, Emma Powerful, accused Gowon of leading the second bloodiest genocide after the Israeli Holocaust against Igbos.
