By Tim Hanlon An eight-year-old boy has died after being hit by a lorry on a busy road in west London. The youngster was struck last night, February 23, on King Street in Southall, with police and London Air Ambulance paramedics called to the accident scene. The boy was then rushed to hospital but he was later pronounced dead at 9.47pm despite the efforts of doctors and nurses. The driver stopped at the scene of the tragic incident on the road that connects Western Road and Montague Way.
