A driver is facing criminal charges in a 90 mph crash that took the life of a college student last month. Gerald Veneziano, 41, of Belleville, was charged with second-degree reckless vehicular homicide on Friday, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release. He has since been released from custody after surrendering his driver’s license and submitting to alcohol testing.
