A grand jury returned a 52-count indictment against a gas station attendant for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from customers using his cell phone, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced Wednesday. Patrick A. Brown, 48, of Newark was charged with 13 counts each of credit card fraud, false uttering, theft, and credit card theft.
