Haridwar (Uttarakhand) [India], December 25 (ANI): Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla arrived in Haridwar on Monday, where they were welcomed by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
