A cat has flooded the town hall of Dokkum in the Netherlands, causing damage totalling €325,000 ($352,600), according to the town’s administration. The cat was discovered in the town hall during construction work in May last year, the broadcaster Omrop Fryslân reported on Friday. As it was not possible to catch the cat, the building in the region of Frisia was temporarily locked up.
