German wind turbine manufacturer Nordex reported a first-half consolidated net loss of €12.6 million ($13.6 million) on Thursday, smaller than the prior year’s loss of €298.9 million. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) significantly improved to €118.0 million in the first half compared to last year’s loss of €114.3 million. EBITDA margin was 3.4%, compared to a negative 4.2% a year ago.
