An Atlantic City man already in prison for dealing a large amount of fentanyl from his home pleaded guilty Tuesday to shooting a man in the stomach in 2019 and fleeing the scene on a bicycle, authorities said. Investigators said they linked 38-year-old Kevin Davis to the shooting using surveillance footage.
