It’s now been almost 40 quarters since a holding penalty was called on a Micah Parsons pass rush. This, apparently, is not holding: The Cowboys fell to the Dolphins, 22-20, on Sunday afternoon in Miami. Dallas is now 10-5 on the season, while Miami improved to 11-4.
