After spending the last 20 years in their Stone Mountain home in Georgia (16 miles east of Atlanta), Charles and Charmaine Allman were informed by officials on Tuesday that they were no longer the owners and had to move out. “They made us feel like we were squatters,” Charmaine said. “Just tossed my stuff out like it was trash.” The majority of the couple’s possessions were dispersed over the yard.
