By Yelena Mandenberg Boeing’s CEO announced his resignation this morning after weeks of his company facing scrutiny for ‘safety failures’ that have plagued a number of flights in the last few months. Dave Calhoun said he would resign as Boeing’s CEO by the end of this year as part of a total overhaul of the company’s top management. Calhoun also said that Larry Kellner, Boeing Chair, is in his last year with the company, and Stan Deal, the CEO of Boeing Commercial, will be replaced immediately.
