New Delhi [India], August 25 (ANI): The Special Cell of the Delhi Police on Sunday claimed to have busted an interstate cartel involved in the supply of illegal arms, arresting two key members and recovering eight pistols from them. The pistols were procured from Khargone in Madhya Pradesh and were meant to be supplied in Delhi/NCR, the police said. The arrested individuals have been identified as Arvind Kumar and Vinod Kumar, residents of Uttar Pradesh.
