The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) notified Valentina Matviyenko, Russia’s Federation Council Chairwoman, who approved the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, of suspicion in absentia. Matviyenko signed the Russian Parliament’s decision on the deployment of troops to Ukraine.
