Japan’s Emperor Naruhito and his wife Empress Masako landed at Stansted Airport, ahead of their three-day state visit to the UK. They arrived on board a Japanese government Boeing 777-300 shortly after 5.30pm on Saturday (June 22) where Viscount Brookeborough, Lord-in-Waiting, officially welcomed them on behalf of King Charles III.
