A lifeboat crew rescued two people who’d been cut off by the tide near a country park. Sheerness RNLI volunteers picked up the casualties just off Motney Hill Nature Reserve in Rainham. The Sheppey station’s inshore boat recovered the casualties and transferred them to the all-weather lifeboat before they were handed into the care of paramedics.
