Leicester City are the latest club to be charged with a Profit and Sustainability breach and face a possible points deduction. The East Midlanders were charged by the Premier League for a breach during the 2022/23 season, the year they suffered relegation from the Premier League. The English Football League (EFL) also suspect City could be in line for another breach this season and have therefore placed a player registration embargo on the club.
