By Braden Chalker Atlanta United’s 2024 MLS campaign began with a 1-0 defeat to reigning MLS Cup champions Columbus Crew in a rematch of the first round of last year’s playoffs. Despite having 52% possession during the clash of the Eastern Conference giants, the Five Stripes were unable to create any quality chances in the first half.
