Details have been released of the third and final phase of a major project to deliver 840 new homes. Housebuilder Developer Barratt David Wilson (BDW) has submitted a detailed planning application to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council for phase third of its Poppies development on land between the A20 London Road in Aylesford and Hermitage Lane.
