When police decided to pull over a man in Downham, they subsequently discovered that he was drug-driving. Carl Harris, 43, of Nightingale Walk in Denver, appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday where he admitted driving above the specified drug limit. Prosecutor Abdul Khan explained the offence took place on November 17 last year, when Harris was pulled over by police in McDonald’s car park in Downham.
